Privacy Policy
How Wootrendy LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit devprop.io or use the DevProp service.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact or demo form, we collect: agency name, contact name, work email, phone or LINE ID (optional), number of agents, primary market, current CRM, and any message you provide. We do not collect financial information or sensitive personal data on this website.
When you submit a form, or leave your details in the chat assistant on devprop.io or guide.devprop.io, we also record how your visit reached us: the domain name of the website that referred you, or the campaign parameters contained in the link you followed. This is held only for as long as your browser tab stays open, contains no identifier of any kind, and is used solely to know which channel your enquiry came from.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo or onboarding call
- Send follow-up emails strictly related to your request (no marketing newsletters without opt-in)
- Improve our product and service based on aggregate, de-identified usage patterns
3. Where data is stored
Form submissions are sent directly to DevProp's own servers; we do not use a third-party form processor. Analytics and advertising measurement are performed by the third parties named in section 5; none of them is loaded until you accept. Customer production data (for DevProp paying customers) is stored on dedicated instances per customer — never co-mingled with other tenants.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] with your request — we respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage, always on: theme preference (dark/light), language preference (EN/TH), a flag for the LINE chat widget, and your cookie decision itself. None of these carries an advertising identifier, and none is shared.
Four third-party services load only after you accept, and none of them before. Google Analytics (property G-2E8VN8SSH9), with your IP masked, tells us which pages are read. Microsoft Clarity records page interactions such as scrolling and clicks, so we can see where a page confuses its reader. OpenAI advertising measurement is a pixel that reports which advertisement led to an enquiry; it writes its own storage keys and can match hashed identifiers. A Meta Facebook Pixel is a pixel plus a server-side channel: when you submit our contact form, we send Meta a hashed version of your email and phone number — never the plaintext — so it can match the enquiry to the advertisement that led to it, deduplicated against the same event the pixel already reported. If you decline, or simply never accept, not one of the four is requested — the check happens in the page itself, before any request is made.
You can change this decision at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
