These terms govern your participation in the DevProp affiliate program operated by Wootrendy LLC (registered Wyoming, USA) with Bangkok operations at Level 33, G Tower, 9 Rama IX Rd. Read carefully before applying.
Any individual or company with legitimate access to real estate agency decision-makers in Thailand may apply. We approve case-by-case. Common approved profiles: agency owners, former agents, property consultants, PropTech advisors, marketing agencies serving the property vertical.
You must be 18 or older. We do not accept applications from existing DevProp employees, contractors or their immediate family. Applications must be truthful — false statements result in immediate rejection and forfeit of any earned but unpaid commissions.
On every qualifying referral that converts to a paid DevProp subscription, you earn:
Commission is calculated on the gross subscription price excluding VAT and any promotional discounts. Subsequent renewals do not generate additional commission for you under the current program (we may add a recurring bonus in a future revision).
After approval you receive a unique referral code, used in URLs as
https://devprop.io/r/your-code
When a visitor clicks your referral URL, we set two cookies on the .devprop.io domain (devprop-ref-code and devprop-ref-visitor) with a 30-day expiry. If that visitor signs an agency contract within 30 days from any device sharing those cookies, the referral is attributed to you.
If a prospect explicitly names you during the 20-min diagnostic call within 30 days of first visit, manual attribution may be applied at our discretion. Multiple affiliates cannot share a single referral — last-touch attribution wins.
Commission status starts as PENDING when the referred agency converts. It moves to APPROVED only after the agency completes their first paid month AND the 30-day refund window has expired. This protects against refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent signups.
Payouts are batched monthly. Approved commissions accumulated through the end of each calendar month are paid by the 15th of the following month. No minimum payout threshold.
You are responsible for declaring affiliate income to your local tax authority. Specifically:
The following will result in immediate program termination and forfeit of unpaid commissions:
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Commissions earned under the program before termination remain payable subject to the 30-day holding rule. Termination for cause (prohibited conduct above) voids all unpaid commissions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your participation in the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email at contact@devprop.io within 30 days.
