DevProp Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern your participation in the DevProp affiliate program operated by Wootrendy LLC (registered Wyoming, USA). Read carefully before applying.
1. Eligibility
Anyone aged 18 or older may join. You do not need an existing client base, a real estate licence or a confirmed referral to apply. You earn nothing until a referred agency signs, pays, and the 30-day holding period ends. We may decline or revoke participation at any time for the conduct listed in section 6.
You must be 18 or older. We do not accept applications from existing DevProp employees, contractors or their immediate family. Applications must be truthful — false statements result in immediate rejection and forfeit of any earned but unpaid commissions.
2. Commission structure
On every qualifying referral that converts to a paid DevProp subscription, you earn:
- Monthly subscription: Fixed commission: ฿4,000 for Starter, ฿10,000 for Growth, ฿20,000 for Professional. Custom is 5% of the first collected payment, after manual validation.
- Annual subscription: Fixed commission: ฿6,000 for Starter, ฿15,000 for Growth, ฿35,000 for Professional. Custom is 5% of the first collected payment, after manual validation.
Commission is calculated on the gross subscription price excluding VAT and any promotional discounts. Subsequent renewals do not generate additional commission for you under the current program (we may add a recurring bonus in a future revision).
3. Attribution & tracking
After approval you receive a unique referral code, used in URLs as
https://devprop.io/r/your-code
When a visitor clicks your referral URL, we set two cookies on the .devprop.io domain (devprop-ref-code and devprop-ref-visitor) with a 30-day expiry. If that visitor signs an agency contract within 30 days from any device sharing those cookies, the referral is attributed to you.
If a prospect explicitly names you during the 20-min diagnostic call within 30 days of first visit, manual attribution may be applied at our discretion. Multiple affiliates cannot share a single referral — last-touch attribution wins.
4. Payout terms
In order: your referral code is issued once your application is processed (section 3); the referred agency must then sign and pay; the commission stays PENDING until the first paid month is complete and the 30-day refund window has expired; approved commissions are paid in the monthly batch by the 15th of the following month.
Holding period (30 days)
Commission status starts as PENDING when the referred agency converts. It moves to APPROVED only after the agency completes their first paid month AND the 30-day refund window has expired. This protects against refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent signups.
Payment methods
- Thai residents: PromptPay or local Thai bank transfer.
- International: wire/SWIFT, Wise, PayPal, or USDC (on Ethereum / Tron / Polygon).
Payouts are batched monthly. Approved commissions accumulated through the end of each calendar month are paid by the 15th of the following month. No minimum payout threshold.
5. Tax & withholding
You are responsible for declaring affiliate income to your local tax authority. Specifically:
- Thai juristic persons: 3% withholding tax (Thai Revenue Code §50) is automatically deducted from each payout. We issue a 50ทวิ (withholding tax certificate) on request.
- Thai individuals: No automatic withholding — you self-declare under your annual personal income tax filing (ภ.ง.ด.90/91).
- Foreign affiliates: No Thai tax withheld. You're responsible for your home-country reporting.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in immediate program termination and forfeit of unpaid commissions:
- Self-referral — signing up your own agency or company under your own referral code.
- Brand bidding — paid search ads on DevProp trademark terms (DevProp, devprop.io) without written approval.
- Cookie stuffing or any artificial click inflation.
- Misrepresentation of DevProp pricing, features, or roadmap to a prospect.
- Unsolicited mass email (spam) under any anti-spam jurisdiction.
- PDPA violations — sharing prospect personal data without lawful basis.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Commissions earned under the program before termination remain payable subject to the 30-day holding rule. Termination for cause (prohibited conduct above) voids all unpaid commissions.
8. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your participation in the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email at [email protected] within 30 days.
