14 days after the referred agency completes their first paid month (post-trial). Typical timeline: client signs up via your code → 14-day side-by-side trial → client pays their first month → +14-day payout hold → you get paid. So 30–45 days from signature to your wallet. Paid via PromptPay (Thai residents), Thai bank account, wire/SWIFT, Wise, PayPal, or USDC. No minimum payout threshold.

If the client cancels and receives a refund within the 30-day payout hold window, the commission is reversed and you don't get paid for that referral. After 30 days post-first-payment, your commission is locked — even if the client churns later, you keep it. This is why we hold 30 days: it covers our refund window and protects against fraud. Cancel rate on DevProp historically < 5% post-trial, so reversals are rare in practice.

No — self-referrals are excluded. The affiliate must be an independent third party. If you own or work at the referred agency, you cannot collect commission on its signup. We verify ownership and employment during the diagnostic call and at contract signature. If you suspect a conflict, contact [email protected] before applying — better to clarify upfront than have a commission denied later.

Three ways to attribute: (1) the agency clicks your devprop.io/r/your-code link — best, sets a 30-day cookie. (2) the agency enters your code at checkout. (3) the agency mentions your name during the diagnostic call within 30 days of first visit. Last-touch wins — if two affiliates referred the same prospect, the most recent code or mention takes credit. We log every touch and you can dispute attribution via [email protected] within 14 days of the signup.

Non-exclusive. You can be an affiliate for DevProp, Hipflat, FazWaz, Whoz, or any other product. We don't require exclusivity and never will — we win on product, not on lock-in. That said: please don't bash competitors in conversations with our shared prospects. Frame each tool by what it's actually good for. Many of our best affiliates promote 2–3 tools and let the prospect pick the right fit. If DevProp wins, you earn here. If not, you earn elsewhere.

Thai juristic persons (companies registered in Thailand): we withhold 3% under Revenue Code §50 and issue you a 50ทวิ withholding certificate at year-end for your tax filing. Thai individuals: no withholding for individual contractors below the §40(2) threshold; you self-report. Foreign affiliates (companies or individuals based outside Thailand): zero Thai withholding, full commission paid via wire/SWIFT, Wise, PayPal, or USDC. We follow your country's tax treaty with Thailand — for most jurisdictions (USA, UK, EU, AU, SG, JP) the source-country tax is zero on services income.
