From Facebook posts to one platform: how PropMatch runs 38,591 listings on DevProp

PropMatch is a Bangkok condo agency. Before DevProp it had no website of its own, distributed properties through Facebook posts, and tracked inventory in a legacy property tool. Today its public site, its listings, its LINE and WhatsApp conversations, its contracts and its e-signatures all run on a single platform.

Before

  • No website — properties were distributed as Facebook posts.
  • Inventory kept in a legacy property tool, separate from conversations.
  • Enquiries arriving on chat, with no link to the property they were about.
  • Contracts handled outside the system.

After

  • A public bilingual site, propmatch.co, publishing straight from the CRM.
  • LINE Official, WhatsApp and email in one omnichannel inbox.
  • Listings, enquiries, contracts, e-signature, AI assistant and video generation on one platform.
  • Listings pushed to Living Insider, and to JamesEdition for the luxury segment, over API.

One database, not two

The change PropMatch cares about is not a feature — it is that the website and the CRM read the same records. A property is written once. It appears on the public site, goes out to the portals, and the enquiry it generates lands in the pipeline already attached to it. Nothing is retyped, and nothing drifts between a spreadsheet and a page.

Why the inbox matters in Thailand

In Thailand the first message almost never arrives by email — it arrives on LINE. A CRM that treats LINE as a third-party add-on loses the context of the conversation. PropMatch's agents answer LINE and WhatsApp from the same screen that holds the property, the enquiry and the contract, and the assignment of a lead to an agent is part of that screen rather than a separate step.

What we did not measure

This page deliberately carries no productivity percentage. PropMatch reports working faster and holding far more control over its data, but no before/after measurement was taken at migration time, and we would rather publish a smaller true claim than a larger unverifiable one. The listing count above is dated for the same reason: it is a snapshot, and it will keep moving.
