Is my agency's data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every DevProp deployment is a dedicated instance with its own database and isolated storage. We do not share customer data across tenants. On the Custom plan you can run on your own VPS.
Are e-signatures legal in Thailand?

Yes. DevProp e-signatures are legally valid under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544. We provide multi-party signing, timestamped audit trails, and PDF export of signed documents.
Can I migrate from my current CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, spreadsheets)?

Yes. We support data migration from spreadsheets (CSV, Excel), Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and custom CRMs. Property listings, contacts, contracts, and historical activity can all be imported. Migration assistance is included with onboarding.
What languages does DevProp support?

The CRM admin interface is available in English and Thai. The public property website supports English, Thai, Russian, and Chinese with full SEO, hreflang sitemap, and locale-aware date and currency formatting.
How long does it take to get started?

Standard onboarding takes 7 to 14 days. This includes branding setup, user accounts, zone configuration, data migration, and team training. Custom integrations or the public SEO website may extend this timeline.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data. On cancellation we provide a full export (CSV for tabular data, PDF archive for contracts and signed documents). We retain data for 30 days post-cancellation in case you want to return, then it is permanently deleted.
How does DevProp compare to HubSpot or Salesforce for a Thai property agency?

Does DevProp track the 49% foreign-quota constraint on condos?

Yes. Every condo listing has a foreign_quota_pct field. The CRM auto-blocks new foreign reservations when the building hits 49% (per the Condominium Act 1979). Your agents see live remaining quota when filtering listings for foreign buyers. Reservations from Thai buyers reset the quota correctly. This single feature saves about ฿80-200K per year in deals you'd otherwise embarrass yourself trying to close on already-full buildings.
