Privacy Policy
How Wootrendy LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit devprop.io or use the DevProp service.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact or demo form, we collect: agency name, contact name, work email, phone or LINE ID (optional), number of agents, primary market, current CRM, and any message you provide. We do not collect financial information or sensitive personal data on this website.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo or onboarding call
- Send follow-up emails strictly related to your request (no marketing newsletters without opt-in)
- Improve our product and service based on aggregate, de-identified usage patterns
3. Where data is stored
Form submissions are routed through Formspree (US-based, GDPR-compliant). Web analytics use a privacy-respecting setup with no third-party tracking cookies by default. Customer production data (for DevProp paying customers) is stored on dedicated instances per customer — never co-mingled with other tenants.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email contact@devprop.io with your request — we respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
devprop.io uses minimal first-party cookies only: theme preference (dark/light), language preference (EN/TH), and a flag for the LINE chat widget. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent.
Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of devprop.io and the DevProp service, between you (the customer) and Wootrendy LLC.
1. Service description
DevProp is a real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-as-a-service offered by Wootrendy LLC. Service includes hosting, maintenance, security updates, and standard support — see your active subscription plan for scope.
2. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with 17% annual discount). Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) on devprop.io. Annual contracts may be cancelled with a 30-day notice; pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months.
3. Acceptable use
Customers agree not to use DevProp for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, or reverse-engineering. Wootrendy LLC reserves the right to suspend service on breach with 7 days' written notice.
4. Data ownership
You own all data you input into DevProp. On cancellation we provide a full export (CSV for tabular data, PDF archive for contracts and signed documents). Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion.
5. Liability
Wootrendy LLC liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Service is provided 'as is', though Wootrendy LLC commits to 99.5% monthly uptime under standard plans.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For Thai customers, mandatory provisions of Thai consumer protection law apply. Disputes will first attempt mediation; failing that, the competent courts of Wyoming or Bangkok (customer's choice) will have jurisdiction.
PDPA Compliance
How DevProp aligns with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) — known as PDPA — for customer data processed in Thailand.
Legal basis for processing
Wootrendy LLC, as a data processor on behalf of Thai customer agencies, processes personal data only under the documented instructions of the customer (data controller), or where required by Thai or U.S. law. We do not use customer data for marketing, training AI models, or any secondary purpose without explicit written consent.

Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach, Wootrendy LLC will notify affected customers and the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of detection, in accordance with Section 37(4) of the PDPA.
